June, Just June!

Walker and Aubry were so fun! I couldnt help but wanting to be a part of everthing they were doing.. Yes....there was abride and groom---Okay y'all here's the deal. I took over 1000 images and there are sooo many awesome moments captured, I dont know where to begin...Dawn and Richards pix are to die for, it seems everything was impossibly perfect at this wedding,, I cant believe that I got to be a part of it! Location was amazing, the bride was magnif to work w/--the groom was soo calm and easy going...Beautiful day, beautiful evening, beautiful people~Amen:)

~Well Let's talk about JUNE! Very busy month...Still trying to play catch-up....I think the best way to show wats been brewing is to post it!!!

Traveled down to Adel to attend Lauren's Graduation, she is an Honor Grad!! YAY~ Took a few pix of Anzleigh my other neice. Her kitten was so cute. My sister found it in the yard and saved it from the valley...Its healthy and soo sweet!~Patches

The day started w/ a surprise.....Rain......But it was perfect, Meechel and Cliff played host, their new house turned out the best backdrops. Tonja is absolutely stunning in her gown. She is just ..well look and see, WOW!

Corperate America:D

Ok its official!! I rocked the corporate shoot!! Per and his father were unbelievably fun to work with. They were also very creative. They made my big shoot seem effortless and easy.(Thank God for small things like deodorant-haha) I also learned a few more post production tricks...And I am sooo happy I to have had the opportunity...

This is reflection time- I read a FB bumper sticker that said, "Sometimes things fall apart, so that other things can fall together". I do believe it was not by accident that this all seems to be falling, but a shower of Blessings..Do let it keep raining, I love dancing in the rain..

This is a little piece of yummy collage cake..April has been insane, I am very thankful for every blessing. So I wanted to serve y'all a slice of heaven w/ my glass of life. Drink up!!!Ashley has such a bubbly personality very refreshing and precious. My niece Anz who was a great little model, soo cooperative for her Aunt Tara:D.....And my buddy Noah, who was a bundle of energy@ our Register shoot. So cute I could eat 'em w/ a spoon...Miss Whitney totally rocked her shoot, simply stunning, luv her... And Hopie she is soo full of grace and beauty.Such a pure soul. She lettered in track and soccer, and was also on the swim team. Which was cool bcuz we shot some of her under the dome @ Splash in the Boro.Loved it! Handsome Lane, having fun @ his big brothers 4-wheeler ride bday bash..Om gosh soo much fun. Very muddy:) and loved every minute of it..I have to get a water camera...Last is My Babydoll Katie and her BFF Marley( my other baby).Katie was applying gloss~duhh I thought it was sweet and showed a lot of how close they are...

WoW, its been a long time gone!

~Here's a thought I pondered today....

Katie and I rode to KFC/TacoBell and I ordered one of those little delectable chicken bowls, oh yeah you guessed right, the sinful delight w/ gravy, fluffy potatoes, corn, cheese, and bite sized chicken bits(full of injected hormones)- yep thats it.......anyways I decided that the SpoonFork was one of the most practical inventions. Its a spoon and a fork all in one. You can stab it and scoop it! I LUV it!

Since I last blogged I've been shooting an engagement session for Jamie and Kent, Birthday bash for Ryleigh, a bridal session for Tonja, several little things for the Amazing Youth at church, Irish heritage in Savannah, and last but not least, I have been taking pix of Katie and her Besties.

I have also spent countless hours honing my craft, researching ideas for things to come.. I am also very excited about John and Becky's upcoming wedding. I can hardly wait.

Here are a few samples of some of the work I have been spending time on!! I hope everyone enjoys them!

Historic Savannah

This was such a beautiful Southern Saturday in Savannah. The Spring has yet to completely unfold its blanket of blossoms but there is def a hint of the season, especially in the way the azaleas have begun to bloom and splashes of pink adorn Forsyth Park. City Market was aglow w/ tourist and a bustle of business.

Kent and Jamie's session was simply eloquent. Special thanks to them. Also special thanks to the kind folks at Meinhardt Vineyards and Winery for the Southern Hospitality.

Engagement Session

....This is John and Becky, my little brother and his fabulous fiance. We had a fun day on Amelia Island. The weather was very cold but it made for a crisp day, and just right for my premiere shoot. I cant wait to take there wedding, and I am trying to convince them that they need a trash the dress session in Hawaii.. I am very proud of these photos, they show there personalities. John is such a cut-up and Becky is very energetic, she reminds me of a sassy little fairy. Soo many God Winks;) It is soo right, my sister and I have said she is the perfect fit for our families Puzzle..

Bloggin w/ ~Style~

This is my new Blog set! I love Hannah's Senior Session, so I decided to use her for my first creative Blog Style! This week I have been at the regular 9-5, researching for Friday, organizing and decorating the flat. Which brings me to the cabinet that took two evenings to build. What an undertaking!! From: Friday Jan. 23,2009 How cool does this look!?! I am a nut for breathe taking eyes, and his are just that... Dylan plays football for ECI, in Twin City, where there team won State Champs last year and State Runners-up this year. He was such a "good sport" about taking this pic for me, his mom, Wendi was also very helpful. Dad is Head Coach, and offered a Brand Spanking new helmet that was sooo shiny in one photo it mirror-d the school behind me! I definitely hope I can get more of these type pix in the future, I luv it!

Okay back to the story...So me and the Portal Posse' arrive and I mean ARRIVE at the church, to the point farthest from the main door, b/c well, let's just say the brakes squeak a little and this would totally embarrass them (btw the mech. said they were okay). But this past Wednesday I was staying for the concert. As it turned out I had my camm~ra(oh ya)......

Life In Rescue rocked the Zone out!! But here's the TMI part of it. Tuesday evening while I was saying my bedtime prayer a strong thought occurred that I needed to be there to take pictures. And since this was my Gift, it all seemed perfect.. I facebooked Dan (youth director) about me staying to get a couple shots and all was A go. I have watched these youth Praise w/o shame, it moved me so many times. They Raise their precious hands and sing a shout so graceful it makes my soul quiver w/ abundant joy. I had to capture that. So that others could share it. People need to know that can be this beautiful place, where kids can be leaders and parents can learn to praise like there children~Giving it all you got for those two hours,

This is what happens when my Bff Janet "beas" and I get together....We usually have a vision of what we want, a few kids running around gettin right in the middle of it all, several trips to Lowes, wal-mart or the dollar store. We luv doin this kind of stuff but we cant see spending a fortune on our "Madd( mothers attempting drastic Designs) Projects "!!! So here are the results from yesterday. Keep in mind it was all boxes and trash bags FULL of stuff. This took about 9 hours from start to finish!!!! I think the Simplify sign says it all, for me at this time! Myllie was in charge of the PR for the event, she's my Personnal Assist.

Once upon a tyme, there lived a girl ...Okay Seriously it was me, my first husband, a baby (on the way) ~a pink rose~, new career, and a new town!! My Walt Disney dream come true. So my story was written For me, it read: I Would be married ~Happily ever After~the Prince, the Castle, the Carriage, The freakin Fairy Tale...Yep, then it happened, life! Reality and a whole lot more. The glass slipper shattered into a million pieces, never to be put together,again.....the castle-sold, the Prince, not My prince after all. ~white rose~The carriage-traded in for a sleek gray, elegant, thoroughbred, that carried me to my destination w/ Style and grace!!

Happily N~ever After, or something like that. Book two is about learning, loving and leaving inspite of it all. The prize=a gift, I prayed that I would find MY gift for this life from God.~Dark red roses~ Never had I been much on pix except for the dispoable cameras w/ random snap shotz of far away images, we'll skip thru part two and move to the third Book.

Sorted Fairytale- lots of frogs to kiss to find the true Prince. ~Black roses~ Til now, right here in this place, setting the circus down. It all fades to silents-the broken edges wear, no longer jagged, no longer to cut. They are all swept into a neat little pile, disolving back into one puddle, solidifying into a mass of broken peices.~ Coral roses~ Creatively driven, stretching in ways I have never been stretched before. Decisions, struggles, triumphs, setbacks, day in, day out some physical some mental. When doubt tries to define, Friends and family step in~yellow roses~ This is the part where I get to say something about "how I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for......." so here's my list of props: The Father
